Yes. After you create your AI agent, deploy it by copying and pasting the iframe code into your HTML website under Integrations in your FINIITE account. If you need help, contact our team.
Do I need an API key to use the FINIITE agents?
Yes, you’ll need your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini to chat with the agents. See the instructions on connecting your API key, and reach out to our team if you need setup assistance.
How can I connect data sources to give context to the AI agents?
You can connect your own data with PDFs, DOC, TXT, Excel, Google Drive files, or your own website to give memory and context (each file must be under 10 MB). Data sources include:
- Website data: Data & Knowledge > Add data source > Web Scraper. Enter your site URL to connect.
- Google Drive: Ensure file shares are public. Copy the file ID from the URL and paste it into your knowledge base.
Can I choose from multiple AI models or vendors?
Yes. FINIITE lets you choose from top LLMs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models. The platform handles usage and deployment so you’re not locked into a single vendor.
Do you train on my data? (No model training)
No. Unlike other LLM providers, your data is never used for model re-training.

Where is FINIITE hosted and how is data secured?
FINIITE runs on AWS Linux servers with built-in monitoring and system/integration tests. We do not use your data to train models, and the platform is designed with security in mind.
