How do AI processing credits work and do they expire?
AI credits are the units used for processing. You can purchase additional credits, which do not expire, but must be used within your current subscription period.
When are AI processing requests updated?
Your AI processing requests are updated on the 1st of each month. Any unused requests from the previous month do not carry over to the next month.
What languages does Podwise support?
Podwise currently supports English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. We are continually adding support for more languages.
What podcast platforms does Podwise index or support?
Podwise currently indexes podcasts from Apple Podcasts. You can also subscribe via RSS feed; any podcast with a public RSS feed can be processed by Podwise.
Does Podwise work on mobile devices? Is there an iOS app?
Yes. Podwise is mobile-friendly and accessible via the browser (PWA). An iOS app is available on the App Store, and an Android app can be downloaded from the official website.
What integrations and export options exist for Notion, Obsidian, Readwise, and Logseq?
Podwise supports exporting insights to Notion, Readwise, Obsidian, and Logseq. Supported file formats include .md, .xmind, .pdf, and .srt.
Can I import from YouTube or RSS or upload audio?
Yes. Podwise supports import from YouTube and RSS feeds, and you can upload your own audio files for processing.
