- Mynd+ ($5.55 per month): Accelerate your growth with unlimited entries, unlimited root states, and unlimited patterns. New users can try Mynd+ for 7 days from the moment you unlock your first pattern.
How does MyndSo help me understand my emotional patterns, and what is Mynd Patterns?
Mynd lets you write entries that are analyzed to identify your root states over time. You’ll see your flow, heightened, and low states, and after several entries, Mynd will start uncovering root state patterns. The Mynd Patterns feature accelerates these insights, helping you gain clarity about your emotional patterns.
Is my data secure when using MyndSo, and who owns it?
Yes. Your entries are encrypted and cannot be seen by our team members. You own the intellectual property you contribute to MyndSo, and you may delete any data or your full account at any time.

What languages does MyndSo support?
Mynd currently supports entries written in English.
Does MyndSo support topics related to self-harm or harm to others?
Mynd is not currently designed to support difficult topics relating to self-harm and harm towards others. If you need help, resources are available.
