The TrustWatch system uses AI to determine the authenticity of luxury watches. It analyzes images captured with your smartphone camera to check watch details across seven brands and more than 400 models. The AI model is trained with supervised learning (using TensorFlow) on thousands of images of genuine and counterfeit watches. The system provides a quick result, but it is not perfect—for new models or those not in the dataset, a final verification by a professional may still be needed.
How do I use TrustWatch to authenticate a watch?

What are the subscription options and pricing?
- Basic: €3/month — unlimited watch scans and uploads, coverage for one luxury watch brand (Richard Mille) across four models.
- Pro: €7/month — unlimited scans and uploads, coverage for three brands (IWC, Omega, Patek Philippe) with 37 models.
- Ultimate: €12/month — unlimited scans and uploads, coverage of over 400 models from multiple brands, including Rolex, Richard Mille, IWC, Omega, Patek Philippe, Panerai, Audemars Piguet (and related brands listed in the plan scope).
How accurate is the TrustWatch AI model?
The AI model has about 96.20% accuracy according to a K-Fold Cross Validation test. It’s trained on thousands of genuine and counterfeit watch images. However, it’s not perfect—double-check results with other methods and consider professional verification for new or unfamiliar models.
