Is there a daily sending limit on Mails.ai?
There is no daily limit on emails. Sending is governed by the number of new unique active contacts you outreach to in a given month.
How many steps can I create in a campaign sequence?
Unlimited. You can create as many sequence steps as you want.
What are Active Contacts and how are they counted?
Active Contacts are unique email IDs you connected with in a month. The counter resets each month. Credits are counted from the first email of each contact, and in the Pro plan you can have unlimited Active Contacts.
What is Inbox Rotation and how does it affect deliverability?
Inbox Rotation uses smart sender rotation across your connected accounts to increase inbox delivery and reduce spam flags, helping emails reach more recipients’ inboxes.
What are Mailbox Warmup and Campaign Warmup?
Mailbox Warmup gradually sends normal emails to accounts in a warmup pool to build a positive sender reputation and improve deliverability. Campaign Warmup trains algorithms by sending campaign emails and marking them as not spam to reduce content-based spam detection. Used together, they aim to maximize deliverability and replies.
