What data sources does Chat Thing support?
Chat Thing connects to multiple data sources to power your bots. Currently you can connect Notion, websites, YouTube, and other sources, with five data sources supported so far and more being added regularly. Bots can auto-sync and crawl connected data to stay up to date.
How does data privacy and security work?
Chat Thing does not use your data to train its AI models. Your data is stored securely on Chat Thing’s servers using industry-standard security practices.

Yes. Chat Thing includes bot testing features and response guards to help validate and improve outputs. You can review conversations, analyze results, and adjust training data and prompts to improve accuracy. The platform also provides a Conversations view and search to inspect interactions, plus a mechanism to gather user feedback on responses.
How can I monitor and share conversations?
Chat Thing offers a Conversations view with search capabilities to review interactions. Each conversation can be shared via a unique link (Sharable Conversations), making it easy to demonstrate and collaborate on interesting interactions.
