Voiset is a voice-first AI task manager and day planner. You speak a task the way you would say it out loud, and Voiset turns it into a scheduled item with a deadline, a priority and a place in your calendar. No forms, no dropdowns, no manual triage at the end of the day.

What it does

Voice capture in 55 languages. Dictate a task, a reminder or a whole set of errands in one go. Voiset transcribes the input, splits it into separate tasks and extracts dates, durations and priorities from natural speech.

AI auto-scheduling. Instead of dumping everything into a flat list, Voiset places tasks into open slots in your day based on urgency, estimated effort and what is already booked. When something slips, the plan rebuilds around it.

Smart Notes. Longer thoughts, meeting takeaways and voice memos are captured as notes and converted into structured, actionable tasks when you are ready to work on them.

Calendar sync. Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook keeps meetings and tasks in a single timeline.

MCP connector for Claude. Voiset runs its own MCP server, so you can create tasks, move deadlines, check your workload and delegate work directly from a Claude conversation. Your planner becomes something your AI assistant can operate on your behalf.

Team workspaces. Assign tasks to teammates, track status across a workspace and keep separate workspaces for separate companies or projects. Pricing is per workspace, not per seat, so adding people does not multiply the bill.
