Wavelength
AI Sales Tools & Assistants
Wavelength turns calls and transcripts into a live, editable process map—so everyone shares the same flow before the meeting ends.

What does Wavelength do?
Wavelength is a voice-to-diagram tool that turns calls, meetings, and transcripts into a living process map as you talk. Hold the mic or paste a transcript, describe the process in plain language, and the flow draws itself in real time.
The diagram includes confidence cues so you can keep it accurate: solid arrows are confirmed connections, while dashed amber arrows indicate AI guesses you can confirm or fix on the fly. You can refine the map using an AI prompt, a right-click edit, or by reshaping it manually.
Wavelength is built for teams that need a shared visual artifact during discovery, architecture reviews, onboarding, and process mapping workshops. It exports PNGs and supports sharing via an email recap, with versioning available on upgraded plans. Free plans and the live demo are available without a credit card (the live demo needs no account).
What does Wavelength produce?
It creates an editable process diagram in real time from a spoken walkthrough or a pasted transcript, using node shapes for people/systems/data and connection arrows for the flow.
Do I need to record the customer call?
No. Wavelength listens through your microphone while you talk, or you can paste a transcript afterward. It doesn’t join meetings, dial in, or record the other party.
How do I correct anything the AI isn’t sure about?
Dashed amber arrows represent AI-inferred guesses. Click to confirm or fix them using an AI prompt, right-click options, or by editing the diagram by hand.
What happens to the transcript I paste in?
Transcripts are stored on your account to revisit and re-edit flows. Deleting a flow removes the transcript, diagram, and version history, and transcripts aren’t used to train any AI model.
Can I export the process map?
Yes. You can export a PNG, and you can also send an email recap in a single click.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 5 saved flows and the Wavelength watermark (no credit card required). Upgrades add more saved/updated capacity, branding options, and collaboration features.
