Lexidesk AI
AI Assistant Tools
Lexidesk AI is a 24/7 AI legal receptionist that answers phone and web chats, qualifies leads, and books or transfers qualified clients.

What does Lexidesk AI do?
Lexidesk AI provides complete, automated legal client intake for consumer-facing law firms. An AI receptionist (“Emma”) answers every inbound phone call and website chat, runs your intake questions, and guides each caller to the next best step—book a consultation, receive a scheduling/payment link, or get a warm transfer to your team.
For qualified leads, Lexidesk can warm-transfer during the hours you set, summarizing the caller’s needs and routing them with full context. Outside those hours, it books the consultation instead and sends the scheduling link by text and email, with follow-up if the caller doesn’t book.
Lexidesk also prepares structured intake outputs for your systems, including a call/chat summary, qualification status, and a lead score (1–10). Native integrations connect intake details and transcript/recording links to common legal and CRM platforms, while the service runs on Microsoft Azure with encryption and role-based access.
Can Lexidesk answer calls after hours and when our lines are busy?
Yes. Lexidesk answers inbound phone calls and website chats around the clock, so callers don’t reach voicemail or a busy signal.
Does the AI sound natural, and does it disclose that it’s an AI assistant?
It holds a natural back-and-forth conversation rather than using a rigid script. It discloses that it is an AI assistant either up front or when asked, depending on how you configure it to match your jurisdiction.
How does Lexidesk decide which leads are a good fit for our firm?
During onboarding, you set qualification rules. Lexidesk applies those rules to every inquiry, scores leads from 1 to 10 on fit and urgency, and prepares a written summary so your team can prioritize the strongest cases.
Will it warm-transfer a qualified caller to an attorney?
Yes—during the hours you choose. It can warm-transfer a qualified caller and route with context so your attorney isn’t picking up cold; outside those hours it books a consultation instead.
Where do our call and intake details go?
Intake runs on Microsoft Azure with encryption in transit and at rest and strict role-based access. You can configure call recording, consent, and AI disclosure behavior to fit your jurisdiction, and Lexidesk sends structured intake data and transcript/recording links to your connected systems.
How long does it take to go live?
Most firms are live within 3 to 5 business days. You complete onboarding, the team builds and configures the agent, and you test with real calls before launch; you also get unlimited tweaks for the first two weeks after going live.
