Chép Lời is a Vietnamese speech-to-text tool that transcribes Vietnamese and English audio and videos directly in your browser. Upload a recording or paste a YouTube link, then download your transcript as plain text (TXT) or as subtitles with timestamps in SRT and VTT formats.

It supports common audio and video files such as MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, MP4, MOV, MKV, and WEBM. For quick use, you can get 15 free minutes per device every day without creating an account. For longer recordings, you can log in and use purchased minute packages to transcribe files up to 180 minutes.

After you upload, the page shows the transcription progress step by step while the audio track is extracted and transcribed. When finished, you can download the transcript or subtitle files depending on your needs—use TXT for documents, or SRT/VTT for video editing workflows in tools like YouTube, Facebook, CapCut, or Premiere.

Pricing is based on minutes rather than a subscription. You can buy minute packages (for example, 60 minutes for 39,000₫, 200 minutes for 119,000₫, or 600 minutes for 329,000₫), and purchased minutes do not expire. Payment is made by bank transfer via VietQR, and the original upload is deleted right after the audio track is extracted.

What happens to my uploaded files and my transcripts?

The original upload is deleted right after the audio track is extracted. Transcripts are deleted automatically after a shown deletion time.
