MaileApp

MAILE helps you write better emails faster by converting a few rough thoughts into a complete draft. Start by entering your subject, choosing a tone (Business Formal, Friendly, or Casual), and adding key points or bullet notes—no special formatting required.

Once your draft is generated, you can open it in the mail app you already use, including Apple Mail, Outlook, or Gmail. From there, review and edit the email before sending, so the final message still reflects your voice.

MAILE is built for mobile workflows: you can draft on iPhone and iPad. It also supports offline drafting on-device using Apple Intelligence (when enabled on a supported device running iOS 26), so your notes don’t need to go to a server for that mode. You can further use Siri hands-free to start a draft while you’re on the go.

You can try your first draft free on iPhone and iPad (requires iOS 18 or later). For ongoing use, MAILE Pro starts at $4.99/month.
