What does 3D AI Studio do?

3D AI Studio helps you create 3D assets quickly from either text or images. Type a prompt to generate a 3D model, or upload an image to convert it into a textured, export-ready 3D asset.

Beyond generation, the studio includes practical production tools such as AI texturing, plus quad-remesh/retopology to optimize mesh topology. You can also explore additional AI image and video capabilities within the Image Studio and work visually with Flow for building node-based pipelines.

Generated models are organized in a searchable library for quick access and downloads. Exports are available in multiple industry formats including FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, 3MF, USDZ, and BLEND, supporting workflows across common 3D software and game engines.

What can I generate with 3D AI Studio?

You can generate 3D models from text prompts (Text to 3D) and from uploaded images (Image to 3D). The studio also includes AI tools for texturing, plus additional image and video features in Image Studio.

How do the text-to-3D and image-to-3D workflows differ?

Use Text to 3D when you want to describe the model in a prompt. Use Image to 3D when you have a reference image and want to convert it into a detailed 3D model.

Does 3D AI Studio help with mesh quality for production?

Yes. It includes tools like quad-remesh to optimize mesh topology for production-ready assets, and AI texturing to help apply realistic textures.

What file formats can I export?

You can export models in FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, 3MF, USDZ, and BLEND. This supports workflows across multiple engines and tools.

Can I use the generated models in commercial projects?

Yes—models you generate are yours to use commercially, including in games, apps, marketing materials, and other commercial projects.

Is there an API if I want to integrate 3D generation into my own app?

Yes. The platform offers a REST API for programmatic access to 3D generation, texturing, remeshing, and related capabilities, using pay-as-you-go credits.
