Verbia

You mean it. Verbia says it.

Verbia drafts the reply you mean, in the language you choose, on the page you are already writing on. You do not have to think in English first.

FEATURES

• Write in your language, send in theirs. Type or speak what you want to say — any language — and Verbia writes the reply in the reply language, tone, and length you pick. • It knows what you are answering. On Reddit, Gmail, Outlook, and QQ Mail, Verbia reads the conversation as the reply box opens and shows it before generating: the post and its reply chain, or the original email. • Other webmail works too. On any other mail site, press "AI identify this email" and the message around your reply box is read for you. • Anywhere else you type. On any other page, use the text you selected as context — add it from the right-click menu — or use no context at all. • Speak instead of typing. Voice input turns what you say into the draft. • Everything is yours to decide. Verbia only ever produces a draft. You insert it, edit it, and send it yourself. It never sends, submits, or posts anything for you. • 31 interface languages, switchable any time in the Dashboard. • Free plan: 10 drafts a day. Premium raises it to 100 a day.

HOW TO USE

1. Sign in, then focus the field you are replying in.
2. Open the reply panel with the Verbia shortcut (Alt+Shift+Y by default, configurable at chrome://extensions/shortcuts) or with the toolbar icon.
3. Check the context shown in the panel — that is what will be sent.
4. Type or say your intent, for example "decline politely, keep the door open".
5. Choose the reply language, tone, and length, then Generate.
6. Review the draft, then insert it into the page or copy it.

PRIVACY

Verbia reads page content only after you invoke it, and only around the field you are working in. Nothing is sent until you press Generate or AI identify; what is sent is the visible context plus your intent, and it is used to produce that one draft. Message text is not used for analytics and is not kept after the draft is returned. Preferences stay on your device, and the account exists to keep them and to count your daily drafts.

PERMISSIONS

• Read and change your data on supported sites — needed to place the reply panel next to the box you are writing in and to insert the draft you approved. The page is read only when you summon Verbia, and only around that box. • Storage — keeps your language, tone, length, and account settings on your device. • Sign-in — Verbia connects to its own service to create the draft. No advertising or third-party tracking scripts run on your pages.
