InkCraft shows you what a tattoo will look like on your own body before you book it.

Upload a photo of the spot you're considering — forearm, wrist, spine, ribs — and place a design on it. The design follows the curve of the skin, so you can judge size and placement properly instead of guessing from a flat drawing on a shop wall. Move it, scale it, rotate it, and try the same idea in three places before you decide.

Designs come from three places. There is a library of around 2,700 original designs, labelled by style and subject, so you can browse blackwork, fine line, Japanese traditional, dotwork and more. You can generate something new from a text description when the idea in your head does not exist yet. Or you can bring your own drawing and put it on your skin.

The size question is the one it answers best. Most tattoo regret is about scale and placement rather than the drawing itself: a design that reads clearly at 15 cm becomes a grey smudge at 5 cm, and a piece drawn for a flat field looks wrong wrapped around a joint. Seeing it at real size on your own arm settles that in seconds.

Who it is for: anyone planning a tattoo who wants to be certain before the needle, and artists who want to show a client a placement without drawing a stencil. First-timers use it to work out where a piece should go. People with existing work use it to plan how something new will sit next to what they already have.
