Record a browser tab, window, screen, or even camera. Use mic audio alongside system audio, and send a link to teammates without requiring sign-up or downloads. Recordings are unlisted by default and can be deleted anytime.

Clipy runs in multiple ways to match your workflow: a native macOS menu-bar app, a Chrome extension, and a browser-based recorder at clipy.online. If you’re using Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, you can set up your agent so it can capture work directly from the Clipy flow.

Do viewers need an account to watch a Clipy recording?
