What is ChatSKU? ChatSKU is a catalog chatbot that answers product questions, builds quotes, and captures orders inside a chat window on a manufacturer’s or distributor’s own website.

How it works: Buyers type, speak, or upload a photo to search. ChatSKU reads specs, part numbers, and PDF datasheets to answer on the spot, including stock status and lead times. It builds quotes in the conversation, captures RFQs, and converts purchase orders into completed sales. No one has to wait for a sales rep to reply to a basic spec question.

Setup: One line of JavaScript goes on the website. The catalog is imported from CSV, Excel, PDF spec sheets, or a live store on Magento, BigCommerce, or Shopify, then synced with an ERP or PIM system so pricing and stock stay current. Average setup time is under one day.
