Retouchly is a browser-based AI photo toolkit for people who want one photo fixed quickly, without installing an app.

It includes six focused tools: Picture Enhancer for clarity and detail in portraits and everyday photos; Image Sharpener for soft or blurry shots, which also enlarges small images 2x; Restore Old Photos for faded, scanned family photos, keeping their original colors; Image Clarity Enhancer for soft, hazy portraits; Unblur a Picture for slightly out-of-focus photos; and Photo Quality Improver for low-resolution, compressed images.

No sign-up is needed to start: anyone gets 3 free runs a day, and both free and paid results download without a watermark. Before each run the page shows the credit cost, the maximum output size (2048 px on the long edge on the free plan, 4096 px on paid), and how long the image is kept. Input and result images are deleted within 24 hours after a task finishes and are never used to train models. A before-and-after slider shows the change on the actual pixels.

Paid credits are one-time packs starting at $4.99 for 100 credits. Purchased credits never expire, and an order can be refunded within 7 days if less than 20% of its credits were used. One credit covers one basic enhancement, sharpening or restoration.
