What does Lingolette do?

What is Lingolette?

Lingolette is an AI language tutor for speaking practice. You chat or call your tutor in 25+ languages, every mistake is corrected and explained as you go, and you build vocabulary from your own conversations. Daily articles at your level give you something new to read, listen to and talk about.

Who is Lingolette for?

Learners who know some of the language but freeze when it's time to speak, people stuck at the intermediate plateau, and anyone preparing for a trip, a job interview or an exam. Your tutor adjusts to your level: it slows down and adds translations for beginners and talks naturally with advanced learners.

Can I speak out loud with the AI tutor?

Yes. Start a real-time voice call and talk with your tutor while a live transcript follows along. In the chat you can also hold the microphone button to send a voice message instead of typing. Tutors speak with different accents and dialects, for example Mexican or European Spanish.

How does Lingolette correct my mistakes?

Every message you send is checked. If something is wrong, a correction card shows what changed, with a short explanation, and you can tap to have the mistake explained in more detail.

What are the daily articles?

Every day Lingolette writes new articles on the topics you choose, at your level. You can listen to them, tap any word for its translation, answer comprehension questions and then discuss the article with your tutor.

How do I learn new words?

Tap any word in a chat or an article to see its translation, hear it, check the conjugation and see examples, then save it to your word list. Review your words with spaced-repetition flashcards and listening practice, and, for Chinese, practice writing characters.

Which languages can I learn?

25+ languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Farsi, Romanian, Serbian, Lithuanian, Malay, Catalan and more.

Which devices does Lingolette work on?

Any web browser, Android (Google Play), iPhone and iPad from Safari's Home Screen, Chrome and Firefox extensions, and Telegram and WhatsApp, where you can chat with your tutor.

How much does Lingolette cost?

You can start for free: chat with your tutor, read daily articles and make voice calls of up to 1.5 minutes a day. Premium costs $13.99 a month or $89.99 a year ($7.49 a month) and adds the advanced tutor model, unlimited practice and articles, 15 minutes of voice calls a day, pronunciation feedback and no ads.

Can schools and companies use Lingolette?

Yes. Schools and companies get a dashboard to invite learners and follow their progress, and an API with a manual to bring Lingolette into their own platform.
