Harmony is an AI-native IT service management platform for 200 to 1,000 employee companies. Employees ask for help in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and Harmony's AI agents verify identity and act through 100+ integrations: access requests with approvals, MFA and password resets, onboarding and offboarding, device and license tasks. When a person is needed, the agent opens a ticket with full context and the IT or HR team picks it up in the same thread.
Assets, applications, SaaS licenses and policies live in the same platform, so the agent works from real data instead of guessing. Every action runs with approvals, permissions and an audit log, and the AI never touches HR or identity systems directly.
