Fele-facture is a Swiss invoicing app built for freelancers, tradespeople, and small businesses who want to spend less time on paperwork. You can create invoices and quotes by typing, by voice dictation, or by photographing a job sheet / handwritten work report (or a PDF). The AI extracts the client details and the invoice lines, calculates totals and VAT, and you simply review and confirm before generating your PDF.

The app is designed for real work in the field: dictate while you’re on-site, or take a photo from the workshop, job site, or even the car. Once your invoice is ready, you can send a PDF to your client via e-mail. You also get client management (including quick selection from your last 20 clients) and the ability to export reports via CSV/Excel, with revenue and VAT/payment tracking.

If you’re using the Independent plan (CHF 15/month), your PDF includes a Swiss QR-bill payment slip (SIX standard, structured address). You can also generate and send reminders: the app prepares a ready-written reminder with the PDF for you to send via your phone’s share sheet or by email—nothing is sent automatically.

Fele-facture works in your browser (including iPhone via Safari) and on Android (Google Play). Pricing includes a Free plan with 5 invoices per month without the QR payment slip, plus a 14-day Unlimited trial with no credit card and a free QR-bill generator that works without an account. Unlimited is CHF 29/month with QR-bill and unlimited invoices; Independent is CHF 15/month.

How do I create an invoice with Fele-facture without typing?

Use voice dictation or photograph your job sheet/handwritten work report. The AI fills in the client and line items, and you review the result before confirming the PDF.
