Bowhard Speech to Text

Bowhard is an online speech-to-text and text-to-speech service. It converts audio and video files into clean text, SRT subtitles and JSON with word-level timestamps, and turns text into natural Russian voice-over (MP3, with optional subtitles and background music). Upload a file up to 2 GB or paste a public Yandex Disk or Dropbox link; speaker labelling and 16 languages are supported. The result can be downloaded, sent by e-mail or delivered straight into a Telegram chat by a bot. 15 minutes of transcription and 5,000 characters of voice-over are free every day, with no registration required. Pricing is pay-as-you-go: from 29 RUB per hour of audio and 3.9 RUB per 1,000 characters, with volume packages from 99 RUB. Cards are accepted, receipts are issued automatically, and files are deleted after 24 hours.
