How does Getfloorplan work and how long does it take to receive visuals?
Getfloorplan uses AI to create 2D and 3D floor plans, renders, and a 360° virtual tour from an uploaded floor plan or layout. Visuals are generated within 24 hours, and you can optionally have a human review before delivery. You’ll receive a full bundle of visuals via email (with a download link) or you can view the results online in your account.
What file types can I upload to Getfloorplan?
You can upload JPG, PNG, or PDF files. The file should contain one apartment or one house floor so the AI can visualize it accurately.
What visuals are included in each pricing set and how much do they cost?
- Basic set — $25: 2D floor plan and 3D floor plan.
- Plus set — $45: Basic features plus a 360° virtual tour.
- Pro set — $49: Plus features plus branding.
- Render set — $49: 2D floor plan, 3D floor plan, renders, 360° tour, and virtual tour.
- Max set — $69: All features including high-quality renders, branding, and logos (covers 2D/3D floor plans, renders, 360° tour, virtual tour, branding).
Can Getfloorplan's visuals be customized, and how?
Yes. You can customize visuals by choosing interior design styles and window types. During ordering, at step 2 you can select between panoramic or standard windows, with more than 200 window options available to tailor the visuals to your preferences.
How do I download or view my visuals after they’re created?
You’ll receive an email with a link to download your floor plan bundle or to view your virtual tour online. You can also access and view/download the visuals from your Getfloorplan account.
How secure is my data?
Getfloorplan uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. They do not sell or share user data for marketing purposes and retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill requests. Be aware that data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks, so review the privacy policy for details.
