ToonZap

ToonZap is an AI cartoon and video generator that starts from your photo (or a text prompt) and transforms it into animated content. Upload an image to create 14 cartoon styles—ranging from anime and manga to Disney/Pixar-like, comics, 3D, pixel, neon, vintage, and more—then go further by making it move, dance, or speak.

For talking avatars, you upload a face photo and provide the text to be spoken (or use your own recorded/cloned voice). ToonZap synchronizes the avatar’s mouth to the spoken words, and can generate short avatar videos. If you prefer movement without speaking, you can turn your photo into a short animation via image-to-video, or use “Danse & Motion” to replay gestures from a video.

All generation runs in your browser, with no installation required. Your account data and creations are hosted in Europe (Frankfort, Germany), and your content is transmitted only for the processing step to partner AI models. Your account can be deleted at any time.

Pricing uses a credit system. New users get 40 credits at signup (no credit card required): enough to test photo → cartoon three times (each photo cartoon costs 12 credits on the standard model). Paid options include a free plan and subscription plans starting at 9.99 EUR/month, and videos require a credit pack starting from 1.99 EUR for 55 credits.

Is there a watermark on the outputs?

Free adds a ToonZap watermark. Paid plans generate without watermark, and credit packs remove the watermark for 30 days (note: the watermark is already baked into files created before removal).
