Sumus AI

Sumus is a shared workspace where people and AI teammates work together to complete tasks. Instead of managing a single assistant, you start by giving a goal or project, and the system organizes the work and returns a finished result. You can use Sumus on your own or bring others into the workspace so everyone has the same context and ongoing tasks.

Sumus includes role-based AI teammates for common workflows. Research Analysts dig into questions using current sources, compare evidence, and return answers with dates, links, and what still needs checking. Lead Finder helps generate researched prospect lists and draft first-message outreach. SEO Planner turns search demand into content plans with article briefs and the questions to answer for search engines and AI answers. Brand Radar surfaces brand mentions found in public discussions with the source and context.

For day-to-day execution and coordination, Project Coordinator helps keep milestones, owners, dependencies, and next decisions organized. Media Toolkit supports extracting stills and short clips from footage, cleaning up screenshots, and preparing captions and alt text.

Plans are organized by monthly or annual subscription. Pro plans include 3,000, 6,000, or 30,000 credits per month, member limits, up to 300 AI teammates, and scheduled tasks; Business and higher tiers scale credits and member limits up further, with Enterprise available via custom pricing and sales contact.

How does Sumus AI work—what’s different from using a single AI assistant?

Sumus assigns your goal to AI teammates that collaborate and return a finished result. You share a goal or task, and the workspace coordinates the work instead of you driving every step alone.

Can I use Sumus with other people like friends, family, or coworkers?

Yes. You can collaborate in the same workspace so everyone has shared context, ongoing tasks, and the AI-generated outputs.

What kinds of tasks do Sumus AI teammates handle best?

You can use Sumus for research, lead generation, SEO/content planning, brand monitoring, project coordination, and turning existing footage or screenshots into usable media assets.

Do Sumus plans include AI teammates working together in groups?

Yes. The plans describe teams of AI teammates working together, including the ability to run groups rather than a single agent.

How is Sumus priced and what are credits?

Sumus offers Pro, Business, and Enterprise options with monthly/annual subscriptions. Plans list a set number of credits per month, alongside member limits and workspace capabilities; Enterprise is custom priced.

Can I start using Sumus without paying right away?
