MelogenAI

Melogen AI is an online sheet music to MIDI converter that turns uploaded scores into digital files you can edit and play back. Instead of manually transcribing notes from a scan or photo, you can upload your sheet music and get an output MIDI file ready for music production and notation workflows.

The process is straightforward: upload a score image or PDF, let the AI analyze notes, rhythms, and musical symbols, then download the result. Melogen AI supports common inputs including JPG, PNG, and PDF, and aims for strong accuracy with standard musical notation. For complex scores (multiple voices or handwritten elements), you may need some manual adjustments after conversion.

After conversion, you can download your music as standard MIDI or as MusicXML for further editing in notation software. The MIDI output is designed to be compatible with major DAWs and music tools, so you can open it, review it against the original score, and refine timing or arrangements.

You can use Melogen AI in your browser with no software installation required. There’s a free tier available for registered users with a limited number of credits, and paid subscription plans for unlimited conversions and advanced features. Uploaded files are processed securely and automatically deleted after conversion, helping keep your music private.
