How do credit refills work?
At the beginning of your billing cycle, subscribed accounts will refill with more credits.
What happens if I run out of credits before the month ends?
If you are on a subscription and run out of credits before the next refill, you can upgrade to the next plan.
When do I get charged?
If you signed up for a monthly plan, you’ll be charged every month on the date of subscription. If you are on an annual plan, you’ll be charged every calendar year on the day of subscription.
What is the refund policy?
We do not refund credit purchases.
