What does Gumloop do?

Gumloop is a multiplayer AI agent builder for work, designed to let teams create agents that execute real tasks across the tools they already use. Teams can define clear instructions for an agent, connect it to the systems it needs, and share it so teammates can run the same workflow from their own chat experiences.

Agents can be triggered on recurring events and common work patterns, or used by prompting. When a task requires action in a real application, Gumloop uses a real browser so agents can click, type, upload, and pull data from sites—whether those sites have an API or not. Gumloop supports trusted connections with CAPTCHA handling, and it can hand off to a human when a step needs approval or secure sign-in.

For organizational control, Gumloop provides roles and permissions so owners can manage who can access an agent and what they can do, including setting and editing triggers. It also includes centralized credit and usage monitoring with spend visibility by model and agent, plus audit logging with recorded sessions where passwords are masked—so teams can review logins, takeovers, and handoffs.

Gumloop is built for teams running operational workflows—such as GTM, support, finance, and other data- and process-heavy work—and also supports enterprise deployment options (including running inside your own AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environment). Identity and access features include SSO and SCIM, along with model access controls and guardrails for what agents can do.

What can Gumloop agents do?

Gumloop agents can execute real work by clicking, typing, uploading, and extracting data in a real browser. They can also draft and triage work in collaboration and email workflows, depending on what you connect and configure.

Can agents work with websites even when there’s no API?

Yes. Agents can browse and take actions in a real browser, interacting with sites through clicks, forms, and data extraction, including trusted connections that handle CAPTCHA when needed.

How does Gumloop keep agent actions governed for an organization?

Owners can set roles and permissions for access and editing, and agents can require human approvals when a step needs it. Every run is tracked with audit logging and session recordings (with passwords masked) so teams can review actions and handoffs.

How do teams track usage and spend across agents and models?

Gumloop provides organization-wide credit and usage monitoring with spend visibility by model and agent. It also supports usage monitoring for budgets and quotas to help manage costs.

Where can teammates use agents?

Teammates can run agents where they collaborate, including Slack and Microsoft Teams, plus email-based workflows where agents can draft and triage.

Does Gumloop support enterprise identity and deployment controls?

Yes. It supports enterprise deployment options inside your own AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environment, and includes identity controls like SSO and SCIM.
