What does Gixo Lex do?

Gixo Lex is a legal-work lifecycle workspace built to move beyond a generic drafting chat. It guides structured intake and reference-informed drafting so you can create a first draft that’s easier for counsel or other reviewers to refine. Instead of burying key facts inside a single prompt, Lex keeps document type, parties, governing context, and reference materials visible in one matter workspace.

Lex supports workflow-specific legal drafting for common document types, including NDAs, Master Services Agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, employment contracts, leases, and custom legal documents. After drafting, Lex runs deterministic “Draft Checks” that surface clause coverage and review-readiness issues—such as clause inventory, missing-clause coverage, defined-term consistency, cross-reference validation, and execution-readiness checks—without generating new legal text during the check.

For the review process, you can edit the draft, rerun checks, and export a reviewable version from the same workspace. Findings, tracked-change DOCX redlines, comments, assignees, due dates, and version history stay attached to the matter so the review doesn’t have to restart elsewhere. Related documents and approval/execution records are organized through Agreement Packs.

Lex also includes a simple electronic signature workflow on a frozen PDF plus obligation follow-up with owners and due dates. There’s a 14-day trial with no credit card; after the trial, continued AI generation requires a paid plan.

What does Gixo Lex do, and how is it different from a drafting chatbot?

Lex is a legal-work lifecycle workspace that uses structured intake and reference-informed drafting to produce a first draft for review. It then runs deterministic Draft Checks and keeps the review and export workflow in the same matter.

What “Draft Checks” does Lex run during review?

Draft Checks include rule-based clause inventory, missing-clause coverage, defined-term consistency, cross-reference validation, placeholder detection, and execution-readiness checks. These checks flag issues without generating new legal text.

Can I use existing contracts or templates to guide the next draft?

Yes. You can upload reference documents so the next draft follows your precedent instead of starting from a generic pattern.

How does Lex support the contract review loop?

After the first draft, you can edit, rerun Draft Checks, and export a reviewable file. Review findings, tracked-change DOCX redlines, comments, assignees, due dates, and version history stay attached to the same matter.

Can Lex export in formats I can share with reviewers?

Yes. You can export the reviewable draft as PDF, DOCX, HTML, and TXT.

Is there a trial, and what happens after it ends?

Lex offers a 14-day trial with no credit card. After the trial, continued AI generation requires a paid plan.
