What does FolioDrop do?
FolioDrop is a lightweight publishing and folio layer for finished AI-made web work. It turns one complete, self-contained HTML document from ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or another AI tool into a browser-ready HTTPS share link. Upload a file, paste HTML, or connect an authorized MCP/OpenAPI client; review the preview; then keep the work in a personal folio with a title, source context, visibility, and lightweight notes.
It is useful for AI prototypes, interactive resumes, portfolio pieces, reports, calculators, demos, and client previews that need a real URL without Git, a build pipeline, server setup, or DNS. The Free plan supports up to three creations, and works are available for one month by default; credits can keep a work online.
FolioDrop is intentionally not a multi-file hosting or deployment platform. Use GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, Netlify, or another project host when you need asset folders, framework builds, server code, databases, environment variables, routes, or a custom domain. Browser-side JavaScript is supported when the document and its external HTTPS assets are safe and portable. Keep API keys and private data out of published pages.
The goal is simple: publish an HTML file online, share it immediately, and preserve the context of the work instead of losing it in a chat thread.
