Final Round AI’s Interview CoPilot™ is an AI interview assistant that provides real-time interview answer guidance in a private window you can see. It listens during supported live interview scenarios (and practice runs), then streams a suggested answer seconds after the question so you can respond in your own words.

The workflow is built around preparation, performance, and review. You set a Goal for a specific job and round, attach your resume and materials, and run a practice or live session. After the interview ends, an automatic debrief is generated to help you improve for the next round.

For extra discretion, Stealth Mode is on by default. It’s designed to keep CoPilot’s guidance windows hidden from supported screen shares and absent from supported recordings, so your guidance stays private across common video and assessment platforms.
