Roughly

Roughly is an AI-powered creative platform that helps you move from early concepts to finished artwork. Whether you’re starting with a quick sketch or working from an idea you can’t quite “make real,” Roughly is built to support you as you create.

Use Roughly to explore a wide range of artistic categories, including architecture, portraits, interiors, games, characters, landscapes, fashion, movies, sculptures, and sneakers. This breadth makes it easier to keep experimenting with different styles and subjects without rebuilding your workflow each time.

A core way Roughly helps is by refining rough drawings into more polished illustrations. With AI-driven improvement, you can enhance aspects like anatomy, perspective, line work, coloring, and shading—so your outputs look more complete and professional with less manual iteration.

Roughly is for artists and creators who want an AI assistant for ideation and refinement, from hobbyists to professionals looking to speed up concept-to-art. Access is available via a “Request access” option, and you can also join the Roughly community on Discord for support and updates on access and features.
