Do I need to register an account to use AI Headshot Generator?
No. You can use the service without creating an account, and your headshots will be emailed to you.
How many headshots will I get and how quickly are they delivered?
- Basic package: 40 headshots
- Premium package: 160 headshots
Turnaround is 10 minutes for Basic and 5 minutes for Premium, with delivery via email.
What photos should I upload?
Upload at least 12 high-quality photos of yourself. More photos improve results. Include a diverse range of outfits, locations, and lighting to help the AI capture a versatile likeness.
What resolution are the generated photos?
Generated portrait photos are 2048x2560 pixels, which meets and exceeds typical platform requirements (e.g., LinkedIn’s 400x400 baseline).
Where will I receive my headshots?
Your headshots are emailed to you after your model is trained and the images are generated.
Can I choose suit styles and backgrounds?
Yes. You can select from multiple suit styles and backgrounds to customize your headshots.
Do I own the photos and can I use them commercially?
Yes. You receive a full commercial license and ownership of the generated headshots.
Can I upload photos of other people?
No. Uploading pictures of other people is not allowed per our terms of service.
How is my data handled and how long are my photos stored?
We train a AI model using your input photos and render headshots, then delete the photos and the models from our servers after 30 days. Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States through vetted third-party partners.
Is payment secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for payments and do not store your credit card information.
What is your refund policy?
We offer full refunds if the generated photos don’t accurately represent you. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, and you must have followed the upload instructions. If you did not follow the instructions, you may not be eligible. To request a refund, email support@aiheadshotgenerator.com or use our live chat, including the email address associated with your order.
