ActSeal issues Ed25519-signed receipts for agent actions. You hash the tool call, inputs, and outputs, and ActSeal returns a portable signature anyone can verify without trusting the agent or ActSeal. It is built for audit trails, MCP and OpenAPI agents, and cross-agent trust without sharing private keys. Public verification needs no account. Each key includes 100 free receipts per UTC day, with a crypto upgrade when you need more. It is not a wallet, not KYC, not legal e-sign, and not payouts.
