To create one, follow these steps: first select a style from our collection, then upload high-quality pictures of your dog (different poses and angles work best). After uploading, browse the generated portraits and pick the ones you like to download. Portraits are available in digital format or as framed prints.

Artwork can be prepared quickly—digital portraits are available in minutes, and you can choose between digital files or framed prints.

Provide high-quality images with at least 1024x1024 resolution, ensure they are well-lit and in focus, and show the subject in different poses and angles. Do not include pictures with other dogs, people, or unrelated animals in the background.

Can I use my portraits commercially?

Yes. You can use the portraits for personal and commercial projects without needing additional permission. If you choose to credit back to Scruffy.ai, it’s appreciated but not required.

How many images are generated after I train a model?

After your model is trained, we generate between 14 and 20 images for you to choose from.

How long does training a model take?

Training a model typically takes between 10 and 20 minutes.

How do I know when my model has finished training?

You’ll receive an email notification when training is complete. You can also check the status of your model on your dashboard.

How many times can I download generated images?

You can select and download the portraits you like from the generated set (generally 14–20 options to choose from).

Do you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer refunds due to the high cost of training a model. If you encounter issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help, including resolving any physical production problems with your order.
